Costumio ("we") operates a marketplace where independent sellers list dancewear and buyers purchase it. Costumio is not the seller of items listed by users. By using Costumio you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older, or use Costumio with a parent or guardian. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Selling
List only items you own and can ship within 3 days. Describe condition, size and flaws accurately. Prohibited: counterfeit goods, items infringing intellectual property, recalled items, and anything illegal to sell. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Fees
See Fees, including the optional featured fee charged only when a featured item sells. By connecting your own social accounts you authorize Costumio to publish your listings to them until you disconnect. We may change fees with 30 days' notice.
Payments and taxes
Buyers pay Costumio, which acts as the payment collection agent for sellers. Where required by law, Costumio collects and remits sales tax as a marketplace facilitator.
Disputes
See Returns & buyer protection. Our decision on a claim is final for the purpose of releasing or refunding funds held by Costumio.
Liability
Costumio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees we received for the transaction in question.
