Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to run the marketplace: your name, email, shipping address, listings, orders and messages to us. Payment card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by Costumio.

How we use it

• To process orders, create shipping labels (shared with Shippo and the carrier) and pay sellers (shared with Stripe).
• To send order emails and, if you allow it, price drops, saved-size alerts and cart reminders. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the marketplace safe and prevent fraud.

Connected social accounts

If you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram or Pinterest, we store only the access needed to publish your listings there, and delete it when you disconnect.

Photos

We remove location data (EXIF/GPS) from listing photos when they are uploaded.

Your choices

You can update your details or turn off marketing emails in Settings, and ask us to delete your account at [email protected].
